Groove is a fun interactive and gently guided dance fitness experience for ANYbody. You dance as it feels right for your body. Great music, simple steps, enjoyable exercise, total fun! Join me to experience the joy of moving and grooving! Please come 5 – 10 minutes before class to fill out the release forms. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water along.
