Move and Groove with Ludmila

Join me for an hour of joyful groove dancing! The session begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body for more dynamic movement, then we will get our heart rate up, build strength and dance our hearts out to awesome music, ending with a delicious cool-down and stillness. There is no front or back, right or left on our dance floor.  Expect to sweat…and to feel amazing!
